Admissions

PROCEDURE FOR THE ADMISSION

  • The Pupil need to attend a test in the school. The text depends on the knowledge of the previous studies done by the pupil.
  • The results will be made known to the Parents/Guardian
  • The below given “Application for Admission RCM school” need to be filled and submitted along with the list of Enclosures
  • 1. Certificate of Date of Birth from MRO
  • 2. Mother’s Bank Details Copy
  • 3. Mother’s Aadhar Card Copy
  • 4. Father’s Aadhar Card Copy
  • 5. Student's Aadhar Card Copy
  • 6. Ration card Copy
  • 7. T.C. incase of students coming from another school
  • 8. Three Passport Size and Three Stamp Size photos

NOTE

  • The fees should be paid in quarterly instalments and notmonthly.
  • Fine will be levied for late payment.
  • If the payment is abnormally delayed, the fee defaulterswill be sent home and their names struck off from the rolls.
    If re-admitted they will have to pay the admission fee anda fine.
  • Receipts are issued after each payment, which are to bepreserved till the end of the academic year.
  • Uniform Fee, Computer Fee, Transportation Charges, Booksand Stationary charges are to be paid separately.

LEAVE RULES

  • All students are expected to attend classes every day. Ifleave of absence is required for valid reasons, the parents/guardians must apply for the same in writing.
  • Children will not be sent home during working hours unlessfor valid reasons. In such a case, prior permission from theprincipal is essential.
  • After a week of continuous absence without any informationthe absentee's name will be struck off the rolls. If readmitted,they have to pay the admission fee again.
  • Al students are expected to be present on the reopeningday of the school. Same way, students are not allowed theleave for vacations earlier that the closing day.
  • Promotion to the next class may be denied to the pupil ifthe attendance of each month is found unsatisfactory.
  • No leave can be granted for birthdays or other socialfunctions.

TO PARENTS

  • The parents should know the school rules about admission,examinations, promotion and payment of fee... mentionedin this calendar.
  • Parents/guardians shall not contact teachers/students duringthe work-ing hours without the permission of the principal.
  • Parents are not allowed to stand in front of the classes duringthe class time.
  • If the child is suffering from communicable or infectiousdiseases the parents are advised not to send their children toschool and intimate the same to the principal.
  • Parents are not allowed to come and feed their child duringthe lunch
  • Parents must check the school diary daily and are requestedto sign it if any information is given.
  • School related transactions will not be carried outside theschool hours.
  • Parents are not allowed to see their children or intervenewith the teachers during the school hours.
  • New students at the time of admission should submit thecopy of Aadhar card with Application Form.

ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE

Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the first period andthose who are not in the class will be marked absent. Childrenwho are not in the class will be marked absent. Children who arelate will be received in school only if they present a note fromtheir parents giving the reason for their late coming.

Leave of absence from school must be applied for, previously by parent or guardian.

  • The students should have 75% attendance. Half-day leave isnot allowed. This will be permitted only with permission ofthe principal and only for grave reasons.
  • Students must be present on the opening days and closingdays of various vacations.
  • Promotion may be denied to the pupils if his/her attendanceeach month is found unsatisfactory.

GENERAL RULES

  • Every student must attend the classes regularly.Parents/guardians are requested to co-operate with the schoolauthorities and see that their children are in the school fiveminutes before the first bell.
  • Late comers are not allowed to enter the class. A fine will becharged for late comers.
  • Students are strictly forbidden to speak any other languagethan English in the school.
  • Every student must bring the school diary to the school on allworking days.
  • If any parent has complaints, suggestion etc. he/she is requestedto make them known to the principal and not the individualteachers.

EXAMINATIONS

  • Every student has to take 4 unit tests and two terminalexaminations before the final Examinations.
  • The parents and the students are not to approach the officewith a request to hand over the report in advance. The requestwill not be granted.
  • The report card final exams marks will not be given to thestudents. However their promotion will be notified beforethe school closes for summer vacation.
  • Pupils absent from an examination for any reason are notre-examined and those absent from an examination withoutgrave reason will be considered as failed.
  • Promotions are given on the basis of one year's work andnot merely on marks scored in the final exam. Every studentmust be present for the terminal exams and the unit tests.
  • Grades, and not ranks, are given to the children after eachexamination. No grade will be given if a child has failed orabsented in any subject.

GRADES

A-1 90% and above
A-2 between 80 and 89 %
B-1 between 70 and 79 %
B-2 between 60 and 69%
C-1 between 50 and 59 %
C-2 between 40 and 49 %
D Below 40 % — Failure

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENTS

  • All the students are requested to come to school regularly and be ontime before 9.a.m. The school gate will be closed after 9.00 a.m.
  • Attending the morning assembly is mandatory.
  • Keep the school premises clean and tidy and use all school propertywith respect and care.
  • Always be hygiene and come to the school in proper uniform.
  • Bring your school dairy to the school daily.
  • Always come to school with the required stationery and books.
  • Cultivate a good sportsman spirit and be fair and honest in your workand dealings.
  • All students are expected to greet their school teachers wheneverand wherever they meet them.
  • Changing of classroom between periods or during intervals or lunchbreak is not allowed. If the discipline committee sees any misbehaviorin the students, strict punishment will be given.
  • No gold ornaments and other fancy items are allowed during the week,only on Saturdays students can wear Rold gold rather than gold ornaments.If any student looses anything, the school management or anyoneelse is not responsible for the lost things.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any kind of object that can causeinjury to others.
  • Use of abusive and foul language, rowdy or violent behavior in any formis punishable offence.
  • Under no conditions a student is permitted to bring mobile, smartwatches to the school. If anything is found, it will not be returned.
  • Students who practice malpractice in the exams, will be taken disciplinaryaction.
  • Switch off the fans and lights after the use.
  • Every Monday there will be checking of the neatness of the students.Hair should be trimmed, and the nails must be cut regularly.
  • Every student is required to wear the school identity card every day.
  • During prayer time all the students must remain in the classrooms nobody should roam in the corridors.
  • Students are not allowed to waste the drinking water.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Trinket, Jewellary, Henna or Tattoos.
  • Cell Phones, iPods, Cd's, E -Games, Pen Drives, Music players,Obscene Materials Etc....
  • Toys, Any Dangerous Instruments, Chewing Gum, Banned Food SuchAs Lays Etc....Items.
